THE SMITHY

The Smithy is a charming detached cottage with accommodation on one level. There is oil fired central heating. The property sleeps 5 with accommodation comprising:
Hall;
Lounge/Dining Room with lounge suite, tv and dvd, dining table and 6 chairs;
Bedroom 1, a large bedroom with one kingsize bed and one single bed;
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds;
Bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure;
Kitchen, new kitchen in 2008 with washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The garden is shared with the Smithy and there is a large shed to the rear of the properties that can be used for storage of bikes, golf clubs, prams etc. We ask for your agreement that you will lock the padlock at all times following use to safeguard the items stored there by all guests.
